SHIPPING TIME

Please allow 7-14 days for your U.S. order to be delivered. 

International orders can take up to 20 business days to arrive, depending on where you live. Some items ship from the manufacturer after you place your order. If this is the case, we list the extended shipping time on the product page. You might also receive more than one package if you have any item(s) that are coming from the manufacturer first and not in stock with us.

If you have a problem with not receiving your order in a timely fashion, please contact us.

We ship many orders USPS, because most of our packages are smaller. First Class mail is usually the main shipping method for jewelry and small packages. You should receive your order within 5 days if it was shipped First Class.

Once your order is shipped, we have no control over delays due to weather or carrier processing. Please use your tracking number you receive to track your order.

ORDERING

ALL PRICES ARE SHOWN IN USD. Orders received prior to 3:00 PM EST (M-F) will be processed within the same business day provided that your items are in stock and customer identification is verified. After-hour, weekend, and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

During busier times, such as holiday season, we may have delayed processing time before shipping your order out.

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact as soon as possible to correct the issue. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped.
